Nice View Outside the Window

Some of the best gifts for nature lovers are those that have something to do with the outside world. My mom is an avid bird watcher. So, for her birthday, my husband and I surprised her with a wrought iron birdbath for her newly landscaped garden. Needless to say, she was delighted with the gift.

For the past few weeks, she says she is awakened by happy chirps right outside her bedroom window. More and more birds are visiting her birdbath. I slept over her house the other day and saw for myself how many of the colorful creatures come during the morning to take a dip in the cool waters. Truly, a wonderful everyday sight indeed!
