woodpecker feeder

I grew up watching cartoons. I only quit watching cartoons when I was in my mid twenties. My favorite cartoon character was Woody woodpecker. He was so funny and wacky. I saw my first woodpecker when I was about 12 years old. I never thought that woodpeckers have red heads. Prior to seeing one live, I thought the red head was a creative cartoon thing to attract kids. I decided to buy a woodpecker feeder when I say a woodpecker near our house for the first time.

A woodpecker feeder is designed to attract woodpeckers and other clinging birds. You don’t want to waste your suet attracting common birds or birds you don’t like. After successfully attracting a woodpecker in our backyard, I decided to attract another fascinating bird, the hummingbird. I think, it’s the only bird that can hover and fly backwards. Of course, I needed to get another feeder.
