metal windchime

The Chinese art of feng shui is penetrating American soil. Basically, feng shui advocates believe that everything has energy. To get the most benefit from this energy, it must flow freely and unrestricted. More often there are blocks in the energy fields. The goal of feng shui is to unblock it and get the energy to free flow again. You can feng shui your home, room and workplace. Sometimes correcting a bad room or house is as easy as getting a metal windchime.

Feng shui to me is common sense. For example, most people don’t like to have their backs facing the door in their office primarily because you don’t see when someone enters your room. Feng shui says the same thing. You should always face the door. Another example is, feng shui wants your house to face the east. Most people want their house to face east to get the morning sun. Waking up to see the sunrise is an experience everyone should have. To counter bad feng shui, you can place a mirror on your front door and/ or a metal windchime. The mirror will reflect bad luck and the windchime will attract harmony.
