Improve the look of your garden with a garden arch. It can come in many forms. It can just be two tall plants trained to form into an arch. It can also be a structure made of wood or wrought iron. A wooden or wrought iron arch can by itself be a beauty but it becomes even more appealing when covered with climbing ivy or flowering vines.

A garden arch is primarily a decorative construction but it can be a useful addition to the garden. It can be set up as a division between two areas in the garden. It can also be used to screen off a part of the garden to provide some privacy. A garden arch made of wood can very well be a DIY job; just make sure that the wood to be used is properly treated so you can enjoy its usefulness for a longer period. In terms of durability, a wrought iron arch can live on for a long time; especially with proper maintenance.
