The top advocacy for the past couple has been the environment. Ever since Al Gore did his award winning documentary everybody, it seems, is out to save the environment. Good thing. We are nearing the point of no return. To help save the environment, we must look for alternative renewable energies that will not pollute our planet. The top two alternative energies are solar and win. Solar uses solar panels to store energy while wind uses wind turbines.

Both energies are not new. Both have been around for quite some time. Wind turbines have been around longer. Wind machines have been in existence 200 BC. The great Persians use it. The most popular country that uses wind turbines are the Netherlands.
