Plants need soil to grow. This is where they get the water and nutrients they need to grow. Even though nature can take its natural course to provide these nutrients, sometimes human can have a hand in it too and speed up the process. This is called composting. Composting is the natural way of recycling and harnessing natural processes rather than man-made chemicals, but it takes people to do it.

Making compost produces rich garden soil used in landscaping, horticulture and agriculture. It serves as a growing medium that holds moisture and soluble minerals, provide the support and the nourishment a plant needs to flourish. It is also used for erosion control, land reclamation, wetland construction and landfill cover. Aside from making the soil healthy, composting can also be beneficial in a lot of ways like reducing organic pollution and cleaning the air.
