silk trees

Just because you don’t need to water your silk trees doesn’t mean they are maintenance free. You need to give your artificial plants a good dusting every now and then. You need to be careful though about getting your silk plant wet. Some silk plants are made from sensitive materials that should not get wet.

In any case, a good dusting with a soft cloth should suffice. If your manufacturer’s labels say it is okay for the plant to get wet, then you can go ahead and blast your silk tree with a hose for easy cleaning of the crevices. Then you can simply let it dry out in the sun.
