What are Cherubs?

Everybody loves these little chubby babies. We don’t mind them (seemingly) romping around in our garden, naked. Not even when they are constantly peeing in our fountains. I salute whoever started the idea of the cherub garden décor. He must have been a fun loving, naughty person.
